How do I receive my purchase?

You will automatically be emailed a download link immediately following a purchase. The download link will be good for 24 hours. Please contact us if you have any issues.

What format are the transcriptions delivered in?

The transcriptions are all delivered in PDF format. These are printable. Some items have multiple files in which case they need to be unzipped first. No additional software is required for this.
